Challenger John Hohenfeldt defeated incumbent Cudahy Mayor Tony Day in yesterday's election, capturing 1,629 votes (51 percent) to 1,591 (49 percent) for Day.


Randy Hollenbeck was elected District 3 alderman, capturing 221 votes (51 percent) to 211 (49 percent) for Zachary Wisniewski.
