This Just In ...

Kevin Fischer is a veteran broadcaster, the recipient of over 150 major journalism awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, the Wisconsin Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast News Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and others. He has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for over three decades. A longtime aide to state Senate Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature, Kevin can be seen offering his views on the news on the public affairs program, "InterCHANGE," on Milwaukee Public Television Channel 10, and heard filling in on Newstalk 1130 WISN. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their lovely young daughter, Kyla Audrey, in Franklin.

In Venice, carnevale is a time of celebration and indulgence before the start of Lent. Martedi Grasso - or Fat Tuesday - is a day to eat well and drink good wine. Join us at Ristorante Bartolotta for a four-course family-style meal, complemented with 1.5-liter magnum bottles of wine. Our regular menu will also be available.

NFL Hall of Famer and former Green Bay Packer Charles Woodson joins us once again for a spectacular five-course dinner at Bacchus paired with premiere wines from his Napa winery, TwentyFour. The dinner will also feature a silent auction that includes wine and signed memorabilia, with all proceeds going to Woodson's favorite charity, the CS Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. A full menu for the evening will be available soon!

In the news: Paul Bartolotta's renovated restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas receiving rave reviews

Bartolotta Restaurants' chef and co-owner Paul Bartolotta's restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas, BARTOLOTTA, Ristorante di Mare, reopened last month after undergoing some extensive renovations in late 2013, and the results have been getting rave reviews in the media.

Read what the Las Vegas Sun and USA Today have to say about the restaurant's updates, as well as about Paul's incredible menu, which features 40-50 varieties of seafood daily, all imported directly from the Mediterranean.
