Even when the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Editorial Board is right, they're wrong

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel published a very good editorial last week urging Milwaukee County voters to approve a referendum reducing salaries of Milwaukee County Board members from full time to part time.

As impressive as the piece was, its writers still couldn’t help but step in it and revert back to “out of touch” mode.

“We don't think the vote is a slam-dunk. Spring elections historically have low turnout, there's not much else on the ballot and supervisors and their supporters will be working hard for a ‘no’ vote.”
