"He never gave up on life."

That's what Tamron Hall, the co-anchor of NBC's Today Show said about Rob Jones - a wounded marine who received financial relief from the Coalition - last week when she was telling his unbelievable story to a national audience.

You can view Rob Jones's incredibly touching segment on The Today Show right now by going here.

It's true: Marine who lost both legs is bicycling across country

Every day, brave men and women like Rob, find their life forever changed because of the injuries they've suffered in Iraq or Afghanistan - but that's not the end of their story.

Because, while Rob lost both of his legs in Afghanistan, he never lost hope.

When Rob came home and needed financial support during his recovery, he realized he could count on the supporters of the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes. People like you, Kerin.

Because of your support, Rob's story has a happy ending - and he's working hard to help his fellow troops keep hope alive during their own recoveries.

Without use of his legs, Rob learned how to ride a bike, swim, and even participated in rowing competitions - even winning the bronze medal at the Paralympics in 2012.

And right now, Rob's finishing up a cross-country, 5,000-mile bike trip - between Maine and California - to raise money and awareness for the groups that helped him during his recovery, like the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes.

Kerin, if you want a first-hand view of what your support for the Coalition is accomplishing, and if you want to know the tremendous difference you're making, watch Rob's story on The Today Show.

I hope you're honored to know that what you're doing truly means the world to our nation's heroes, the people who need our help the most.

Thank you for everything you're making possible. And thank you for keeping hope alive for America's wounded heroes.
