John Manke is an active former Bay View resident who is involved in numerous neighborhood organizations, including the Bay View Historical Society, the Humboldt Park Fourth of July Association and the Shore Shore Farmers Market. He believes Bay View has a fine tradition in its past that we do not want to lose in the future.
For several weeks now, I have been unable to forward my blog. I went up the chain of command and requested help in this matter. My leader indicated that the problem existed, but not to bother him about it. I went further up the chain of command, and got no response. I think that by the time the Bay View Now people take the time solve this problem, Milwaukee will have its streetcar line established, Scott Walker will be told that he permitted illegal activities on his election procedures, Obamacare will be well established, and the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel will have laid off many more people. When Mark Maly was in charge of the Now Blogs, he always helped out his people. Maybe that was why he was laid off, doing too much good for people. Now, if I could send their paychecks through my blog site, it might finally get some attention, when nobody receives their paychecks due to a fault in their computers. Maybe someday in the future, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel will correct my forwarding problem, providing they have not laid off everybody then.
Here is hoping that one day I will be able to forward my blog again.
