On Sunday, March 8th, at about 3:24am, the Cudahy Police Department received a report of subject who was shot in the parking lot of a tavern in the 4800 block of S. Whitnall Ave.

Upon arrival, officers located a 25 year old Milwaukee man who had suffered a gunshot wound to his left leg.  Bar patrons administered first aid until the Cudahy Fire Department and Med-10 arrived on the scene.  The victim was transported to Froedtert hospital.  His wounds do not appear to be life-threatening.

The shooting followed an incident in the bar involving the victim and 2 male suspects.  Witness??? statements indicated multiple shots were fired outside of the tavern.  The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Members of the Milwaukee County Sheriff???s Department and the St Francis Police Department assisted in this incident.  This investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Cudahy Police Department (414) 769 2260 ext 524.
