This past two years the Wisconsin DOT has been trying new things with most of them good.
I bet those on the left who object with expanding I-94 by Miller Park and the cemetery would be okay if we were expanding a commuter train area or said the expansion was for bus or bike lanes!
Most days including Fridays the drive is pretty uneventful, however the one on October 11th was different.
So I recently changed jobs and changed working time, however I travel the same way.
As part of the I-94 North / South project the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is reconstructing the Rawson Avenue Interchange. The construction of a major drainage structure across all lanes of I-94 on the north side of the interchange requires a full closure of I-94 Northbound and Southbound from 27th Street to College Avenue beginning on Friday, May 17th at 9pm and concluding on Sunday, May 19th at 9am.
