Wixon announces 20-plus hires from on-site job fair

Due to steady growth, Wixon has hired more than twenty people from its first-ever job fair, held June 6 at its campus headquarters in St. Francis. Nearly 1,000 applications were received and more than 350 interviews were conducted.

Candidates were hired in the following areas for the manufacturing of seasonings, flavors, ingredients, and consumer products for the food and beverage industry: Packaging, Set Up, Blending, Sanitation, Flavors, Maintenance, Customer Service, and Purchasing. Additional open positions are expected to be filled in the next few months.
