A 48-year-old West Allis man was arrested for taking a $17.99 container of foot cream from Walgreens, 3201 E. Layton Ave., at 9:51 a.m. Aug. 14. The man fled the store, but was apprehended by St. Francis police later that morning.
A bicycle was stolen from a backyard in the 3500 block of East Armour Avenue on Aug. 15.
A cast iron dolly valued at $200 was taken from the Cudahy Historical Society, 4647 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., between Aug. 11 and 18. According to police reports a Cudahy recycling center refused to purchase an item described as similar to the stolen dolly.
A 41-year-old Greenfield man was cited for retail theft at 3:15 p.m. Aug. 18 after taking an ankle support valued at $32.95 from Walgreens, 3201 E. Layton Ave.
Police are seeking a 21-year-old Cudahy woman who allegedly bit her 47-year-old father at 9:31 p.m. Aug. 16 in the 3700 block of East Carpenter Avenue.
A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for heroin possession at 12:08 a.m. Aug. 17 in the 3400 block of East Lunham Avenue.
A 26-year-old West Allis man was cited for operating while intoxicated and operating after revocation at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 9 in the 5100 block of South Packard Avenue. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.08.
A 55-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for operating while intoxicated at 10:19 p.m. Aug. 15 in the 3600 block of East Plankinton Avenue. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.16.
A 37-year-old Marshall man was cited for criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer at 12:28 p.m. Aug. 21 after breaking several items at his estranged wife’s apartment in the 5500 block of South O’Brien Avenue.
A 33-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct after allegedly loudly cursing his children in the 5500 block of South Illinois Avenue at 10:18 a.m. Aug. 16.
An outboard motor valued at $350 was stolen from a yard in the 4200 block of South Clement Avenue overnight Aug. 21-22.
A 20-year-old man was arrested for battery-domestic violence related in the 2700 block of East Elizabeth Avenue at 5:40 p.m. Aug. 19 after a fight with his 17-year-old sister.
A 64-year-old man was arrested for criminal damage to property at 3:26 p.m. Aug. 16 after damaging various belongings of his estranged wife in the 2600 block of East Allerton Avenue. Damage was estimated at $500.
A copper downspout valued at $200 was taken from the former St. Mary rectory, 1304 Manitoba Ave., between Aug. 11 and 15.
A 17-year-old Milwaukee male was cited for retail theft for taking six jars of liquor valued at $2.97 each from Walmart, 222 N. Chicago Ave., at 4:55 p.m. Aug. 14.
A 13-year-old South Milwaukee boy was cited for retail theft at 8:39 p.m. Aug. 15 for taking two bottles of liquor with combined value of $35.88 from Pick ’n Save, 2931 S. Chicago Ave.
A handrail outside a home was taken in the 1100 block of 15th Avenue overnight Aug. 15-16. Approximate value is $100.
A lock and chain was stolen from the garbage storage area and garbage was strewn behind American Legion Post 27, 920 Monroe Ave., between midnight and 11 a.m. Aug. 16.
Bank documents were taken from a car in the 3300 block of Fifth Avenue overnight Aug. 17-18.
A 38-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for operating while intoxicated at 2:41 a.m. Aug. 16 in South Milwaukee after he was stopped in Cudahy. He had been driving on Nicholson Avenue. He refused to submit to a breath test.
A 23-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for operating while intoxicated at 1:49 a.m. Aug. 17 after she was found sleeping in her car with the engine running in the 800 block of Aspen Street. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.08.
A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for operating while intoxicated at 2:28 a.m. Aug. 18 in the 2100 block of 13th Avenue. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.20.
A vehicle was entered and damaged, in an apparent theft attempt of a stereo, in the 500 block of Montana Avenue overnight Aug. 18-19. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
An unidentified male driver struck a concrete pillar at Taco Bell, 112 N. Chicago Ave., at 2:28 a.m. Aug. 19 while using the drive-through. Police advised the employee who reported the incident to call police after seeing a drive-through customer who is too intoxicated to drive.
Police responded to five domestic violence incidents between Aug. 15 and 21.
