Grace Lutheran School Oak Creek To Host 4K And 5K Round Up

(OAK CREEK, WI, March 4, 2011) – Grace Lutheran School in Oak Creek will be holding an Open House on Sunday March 13, 2011 from 9:15 am – 10:10 am, in the school building located at 8537 So. Pennsylvania Avenue Oak Creek, WI. Grace Lutheran would like to extend a warm welcome to children and parents to visit the school during this time. Interested families and friends are invited to come and see all the school has to offer including our new building addition. Our addition includes a new library, music room, multi-purpose room and offices. Guests will be able to tour the school, visit with our 4K and 5K teachers and learn more about Grace Lutheran School. This sessions will be approximately one hour and childcare will be available for younger/older siblings.

 

Grace Lutheran School is a Christian school that offers an education from four-year-old kindergarten through the eighth grade. The children at Grace Lutheran School are encouraged to aim high and develop their God-given talents as they engage in a challenging and well-rounded curriculum. Based on national and state academic standards, Grace Students consistently score above the national averages on Iowa Basics Tests for mathematics, reading, language, science and social studies.

 

Religious instruction, computer training, art, music, physical education, field trips and individual instructions are also part of the lesson plan. Innovative individualized instruction prepares our students for success in high school and the workplace. Students are also encouraged to participate in the school’s inter-scholastic sports programs and music programs.

 

Our entire staff is dedicated to helping children develop spiritually, emotionally, physically, intellectually and socially. In partnership with the parents, grandparents and the church family, nurture and educate children in a Christian environment. The students are encouraged to develop their God-given abilities and to become lifelong learners.
